Showcase Showdown #2: Silverio wins with 85 cents

Showcase: Silverio wins ($18,925 in prizes); “Every Room in the House” Showcase, Fireplace, Refrigerator, Jukebox, and Bathtub

Marisa’s description of Flip Flop did not satisfy Bob, who described the game in clearer details for her sake. Unlike Marisa, Brittney proved herself to be a “loyal friend and true” just moments after winning her way on stage. “Is that Lucky 7?” she asked after the Chevrolet automobile arrived on stage. With $5 and one number left in the automobile’s price, Brittney was very wise to say “5” at the end. Not only has Winona proven herself to be a good shopper, according to Bob, but also she proven herself to be very lucky after today’s Grocery Game total of $20.01. Lindsay, a first grade school teacher from southern California, found her trio of nines in Poker Game after passing her first hand to the House. Keith, a recent college graduate who once bid one dollar less after fellow contestant Cathy in Contestant’s Row, redeemed himself just in time for Plinko. Two Plinko chips in a row fell into the $10,000 slot. Now $20,500 richer, Keith is financially secured as he prepares to start his career by teaching English in South America. Silverio’s shirt listed the Pricing Games he wants to play, including Plinko and Dice Game. Silverio’s choice of going “higher” than the “3” he rolled was obviously wrong according to many loyal viewers, but the fourth number in the price of the automobile was quite a surprise. Today’s Showcase featured prizes for every room of the house, scents, and $1000 in cash. We end today’s show with Silverio and his crew surrounded by a variety of prizes, including the Bathtub.

Showcase Showdown #2: Evelyn wins with 90 cents

Showcase: Evelyn wins ($36,493 in prizes); “The Price is Right Laboratory” Showcase, Dishwasher, Desktop Computer, and Ford Mustang Convertible

Bob hesitates to reveal the actual retail price of the Swing, which was priced at $1212, thus making Elizabeth today’s first contestant on stage. With experience in Canada and the support of a few Canadians in the audience, Elizabeth appeared to be a winner in Flip Flop until she realized that the price of a Canadian holiday is much higher than it seems. Derek proudly displayed the words “Future Groom” on his shirt, indicating that his marriage will take place not in the distant future, but in May 2007. Our future contestant Evelyn was discovered upon Bob’s request for a minister after suggesting Derek’s wedding ceremony takes place in Stage 33, home of the show. Bob introduces us to members of the Dingbat family, who were in today’s audience celebrating Trixie Dingbat’s wedding anniversary. With the top end of the range slightly above $4800, Delores pressed the red button in Range Game. Elizabeth’s score of 70 cents in Showcase Showdown #1 withstood her fellow contestants, including Derek, who spun the Big Wheel with great force. Evelyn, a minister from Washington, D.C., made her way out of the audience and out of Contestant’s Row in one segment. Her first card discarded in Joker was the joker. After saying “6” in Any Number, Cheryl eliminated the chance of “0” or “1” being among the other three digits in the price of the Pontiac automobile. Barbara appeared to be a good shopper, according to Bob, and she proved him right without error in Pick A Pair today. Today’s Showcase featured three different genomes in “The Price is Right Laboratory” and a Pontiac automobile, in which the “V6” genome represented. We end today’s show with Evelyn in front of her new automobile.

Today’s Airing of The Price is Right

Squeeze Play: Rebecca lost (removes “1”); Trip to Dublin, Ireland ($7189)

Punch A Bunch: Daniel wins $50 with 3 punches

Hole in One (or Two): Greta lost (Line 2); Dodge Nitro

Showcase Showdown #1: Daniel wins with $1.00 ($1000)

Freeze Frame: Kimberly lost; High Definition TV ($3995)

Most Expensive: Bonnie wins; Dining Room Table, Gasoline Pump Replica, and SCUBA Equipment (Most Expensive)

One Away: Annie lost; Chevy Colorado ($16,450)

Showcase Showdown #2: Bonnie wins with 75 cents

Showcase: Daniel wins ($23,064 in prizes); “Port ‘O Price” Showcase, Bathtub, Daybed, and Jet Ski

After Rebecca won her way on stage, she thought Karl, her partner celebrating his birthday on today’s show, was going to be angry that she was on stage instead of him. Bob jokingly tried to move Rebecca off stage in exchange for Karl. A trip to Ireland would have been great for both of them. Daniel punched three holes in a row from the top right corner of the Punchboard. Bob called the punches an historic moment, but he doesn’t expect such a moment again after Daniel’s outcome. Greta has played golf in the past, but she has never used a putter. Bob’s inspiration putt and Greta’s inexperience were not good signs in today’s game of Hole in One (or Two). Daniel adds $1000 to the $50 he’s won so far today. Bonnie found herself in trouble after the Dining Room Table’s price was revealed in Most Expensive, but Bob reminded her that “we all are”, as there have been no winners on stage so far. Bonnie “saved the day” indeed. Annie only had four numbers right in her first play of One Away, meaning only one of the two “6s” is correct. She changed the “6” as the second digit in the price of the Chevrolet truck, ultimately costing a potential victory. Bob apologized on behalf of Jason, who joined Annie for today’s show and advised her in One Away. Bonnie only had one spin of the Big Wheel, as both Annie and Kimberly’s spins resulted in a score over $1.00. Today’s Showcase featured a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, The Price is Right Tugboat, and a Jet Ski. We end this week’s worth of shows with top winner Daniel, who could have won both Showcases with a bid of $19,000, a thousand dollars more from the winning bid he made today. Good day!
